How do I register?

  • Go to http://foundationinstitute.org/online/register.
  • After you register, be sure to check your email for the activation link. If you registered, but did not get the activation email or have trouble with the activation step, email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for assistance.
  • It is necessary to click the link to activate (or finalize) your registration. But if you click it more than once it will give you an “invalid activation” message, so be sure to only click it one time.

I didn't receive an activation or confirmation email.

It's possible that you mistyped your email address during registration.  Additionally, some email providers are blocking the emails from arriving.  We've noticed this with email sent to @embarqmail.com, @centurylink.net, @q.com, and insightbb.com.  If either of these situations apply to you, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

After clicking the activation link in the registration email, I get an "Invalid Activation Request" message.  What should I do?

If you receive an "Invalid Activation Request" message, please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the email address you used to register.

I forgot my password.  How do I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your password by going to the Forgot Password page.  After entering your email, you will receive instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I view the webcast?

  • To view the live webcast, you will need to log on to http://foundationinstitute.org/online/live.
  • You will be asked to log in to view the webcast.  Please enter the email address and the password that you used when you registered.
  • Once the page opens you’ll see a large player.  Press the “Play” button, and that’s it!  Sit back and enjoy the webcast.

What time does class start?

Class starts at 9:00 PM Eastern.  We recommend that you log on a little early to test your connection. One half hour before the class starts we will have a “test” video playing—if you see that, then you are connected.

I have a slow internet connection.  Will I be able to participate?

We realize that not everyone has a fast internet connection. Don’t worry—we have you covered! For those with slow or limited internet connections you can click on the “Audio Only” link under the player to receive the audio from the webcast.

If I miss a live class, is a replay available?

If you miss a Wednesday evening class, every Thursday afternoon the class will be archived on the website, and you will then be able to access it at your convenience. Please note, however, that you must be registered to do so.
