It's possible that you mistyped your email address during registration. Additionally, some email providers are blocking the emails from arriving. Class starts at 9:00 PM Eastern. We recommend that you log on a little early to test your connection. One half hour before the class starts we will have a “test” video playing—if you see that, then you are connected.
We realize that not everyone has a fast internet connection. Don’t worry—we have you covered! For those with slow or limited internet connections you can click on the “Audio Only” link under the player to receive the audio from the webcast.
If you miss a Wednesday evening class, every Thursday afternoon the class will be archived on the website, and you will then be able to access it at your convenience. Please note, however, that you must be registered to do so.
